Cranberry Sauce Ii

Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) bag fresh cranberries
- 1 cup sugar (may replace with an equal amount of splenda)
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 navel orange
- orange zest
- 1 teaspoon pure orange extract (optional)
Recipe
- 1 add water and sugar together; bring to a boil while stirring occasionally.
- 2 add cranberries and stir as the start to pop.
- 3 once they have all popped, reduce flame to low and add juice from one navel orange, zest from one navel orange and the orange extract(optional).
- 4 stir ingredients through for a minute.
- 5 move cranberry sauce to a container and store in fridge til needed. i recommend this is made at least two days prior to serving.
