- 16 ounces fresh cranberries
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 orange, sliced
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 heat water and sugar to boiling.
- 2 add fresh cranberries and cook until they pop (10 to 12 minutes). stir regularly.
- 3 add sliced orange, cinnamon, and nutmeg and cook stirring until sauce reaches desired texture.
