Cranberry Spread

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3/4 cup cranberries
  • 3 ounces fat-free cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice

Recipe

  • 1 chop cranberries finely with knife or in food processor.
  • 2 place chopped cranberries in medium mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients.
  • 3 mix well with spoon.
  • 4 spread keeps well in fridge for 3 to 4 days.
  • 5 makes about 1 cup cranberry spread.
  • 6 serve with crackers or pita.
