Ingredients

- 3/4 cup cranberries
- 3 ounces fat-free cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
Recipe
- 1 chop cranberries finely with knife or in food processor.
- 2 place chopped cranberries in medium mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients.
- 3 mix well with spoon.
- 4 spread keeps well in fridge for 3 to 4 days.
- 5 makes about 1 cup cranberry spread.
- 6 serve with crackers or pita.
