- 1 cup fresh raspberries or 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries or 1/2 cup canned cranberry sauce
- 3 ice cubes
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice
Recipe
- 1 pulse raspberries and cranberries in a blender till a chunky mixture forms.
- 2 add the ice and blend.
- 3 add the applesauce and cranberry juice and blend until smooth.
