Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 lb cabbage, finely chopped
- 1 cup carrot, finely chopped
- 2 apples, chopped
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 finely chop veggies. (we used a food processor).
- 2 mix together sugar, pepper, salt, mayo, milk, vinegar and lemon juice.
- 3 pour on cabbage mixture.
- 4 chill and serve.
