Craving Coleslaw

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb cabbage, finely chopped
  • 1 cup carrot, finely chopped
  • 2 apples, chopped
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 finely chop veggies. (we used a food processor).
  • 2 mix together sugar, pepper, salt, mayo, milk, vinegar and lemon juice.
  • 3 pour on cabbage mixture.
  • 4 chill and serve.
