Curried Cauliflower

Ingredients

- 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/4 cups milk
- 1/2-1 teaspoon curry
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 steam cauliflower until tender (try not to overcook or else it will break up in the sauce).
- 2 in the meantime, melt butter with flour in the microwave for approximately 30 seconds. add milk. cook another 5-7 minutes until you get a nice, thick sauce, stirring occasionally. add seasoning.
- 3 pour sauce over cauliflower. serve hot.
