Curried Corn On Toast

Ingredients

- 440 g whole kernel corn
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 teaspoon parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 -2 teaspoon fresh herb, chopped (optional)
- 4 slices bread
Recipe
- 1 drain corn, reserve liquid.
- 2 melt butter in frypan.
- 3 add curry powder and flour.
- 4 cook while constantly stirring for about 20 seconds.
- 5 pour in corn liquid and bring to boil.
- 6 cook until sauce thickens.
- 7 add corn and cook till corn is cooked.
- 8 stir in parmesan and herbs.
- 9 serve straight away on un-buttered toast.
