Dangerously Red Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat strawberry yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries, quartered
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries

Recipe

  • 1 combine the yogurt and cranberry juice in a blender.
  • 2 add the strawberries and raspberries, blend until smooth.
