Caramelized Onions

Ingredients
- 4 cups sweet onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook onion in hot olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring often, 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.
- 2 sprinkle with sugar, and cook 2 minutes.
- 3 add vinegar and the rest of the ingredients, and cook 2 minutes.
- 4 serve warm or cold.
