Caribbean Sunset Jell-o

Ingredients

• Servings: 60
• 1 (6 ounce) box orange jell-o
• 2 cups boiling water
• 1 1/2 cups cold water
• 1/2 cup rum
• 1 (3 ounce) box cherry jell-o
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 cup cold water

Recipe

• 1 make up the base, combining jello with boiling water and stirring till dissolved.
• 2 add cold water and rum.
• 3 pour into small disposable plastic shot glasses or bathroom sized dixie cups.
• 4 refrigerate until set.
• 5 make cherry jello as per box instructions.
• 6 pour a small layer of cherry jello on top of set orange jello.
• 7 refrigerate again until set.
• 8 serve.
