Ingredients
- 5 slices bread
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon flour
- 1 pinch baking soda
- 1 pinch turmeric powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 pinch salt
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl mix together cheese, flour, red chilli powder, soda, salt, turmeric powder and egg.
- 2 spread this mixture evenly on the slices of bread.
- 3 heat oil in a pan and fry the slices of bread till golden brown.
- 4 these slices can also be baked instead of being fried.
