Chicken Chile Verde

Ingredients

- 1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained 
 
- 1 lb boneless chicken, cooked and cubed 
 
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies 
 
- 2 teaspoons cumin 
 
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano 
 
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves 
 
- 1/8-1/2 teaspoon cayenne powder (to taste) 
 
- 3 cups beef stock or 3 cups bouillon 
 
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder 
 
- 1 teaspoon salt 
 
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped 
 
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a large pot. 
 
- 2 simmer about 30 minutes.
