Ingredients

- 1/2 cup dried apricot
- 1 cup water
Recipe
- 1 boil water in a small saucepan.
- 2 add dried apricots.
- 3 bring to a boil, turn to a simmer for 10 minutes.
- 4 puree to desired consistency, using liquid to make smooth.
- 5 mash with a food mill to remove skin.
- 6 when serving add water to desired consistency.
