- 3 -4 lbs lamb roast
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup ground cranberries
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 brown roast on all sides.
- 2 put into crockpot.
- 3 season with salt and pepper.
- 4 combine the rest of the ingredients, pour over roast.
- 5 cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
- 6 serve sliced with drippings poured over.
