Curry Chicken Breasts

Total Time: 23 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 13 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 ounces each)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 4 teaspoons chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoons curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion (i omit)
  • hot cooked rice

Recipe

  • 1 in a large skillet, brown chicken on both sides in oil.
  • 2 in a bowl, combine worcestershire sauce, chili sauce, curry powder, garlic powder and hot pepper sauce.
  • 3 pour over chicken.
  • 4 add onion.
  • 5 reduce heat; cover and simmer for 11-13 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
  • 6 serve with rice!
