Danish Applelamb

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 300 g lamb
  • 300 g apples
  • 2 onions
  • 2 teaspoons sugar

Recipe

  • 1 cut the lamb into cubes, and fry them on a dry frying pan.
  • 2 remove the lamb.
  • 3 cut the onions into slices, and fry (brown) them in the lard from the lamb.
  • 4 remove the onions.
  • 5 cut the apples into slices, and fry them "tender" on the frying pan, with the frying pan covered.
  • 6 sprinkle the sugar over the apples.
  • 7 mix the lamb and onions with the apples.
  • 8 it tastes wonderful together with dark bread or mashed potatoes.
