Danish Applelamb
Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 300 g lamb
- 300 g apples
- 2 onions
- 2 teaspoons sugar
Recipe
- 1 cut the lamb into cubes, and fry them on a dry frying pan.
- 2 remove the lamb.
- 3 cut the onions into slices, and fry (brown) them in the lard from the lamb.
- 4 remove the onions.
- 5 cut the apples into slices, and fry them "tender" on the frying pan, with the frying pan covered.
- 6 sprinkle the sugar over the apples.
- 7 mix the lamb and onions with the apples.
- 8 it tastes wonderful together with dark bread or mashed potatoes.
