Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups corn kernels
Recipe
- 1 combine flour, baking powder, and salt in medium bowl.
- 2 stir in eggs and milk until the dry ingredients have been moistened. (will be lumpy).
- 3 fold in corn.
- 4 drop batter by tablespoonfuls onto a pan on medium heat (in about a tbsp of butter) and fry until golden brown and firm.
