Corn Fritters

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/4 cups unsifted all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups corn kernels

Recipe

  • 1 combine flour, baking powder, and salt in medium bowl.
  • 2 stir in eggs and milk until the dry ingredients have been moistened. (will be lumpy).
  • 3 fold in corn.
  • 4 drop batter by tablespoonfuls onto a pan on medium heat (in about a tbsp of butter) and fry until golden brown and firm.
