Bo Legged Apricot Bbq!

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 8 skinless chicken legs
  • 1/2 cup apricot jam
  • 3 tablespoons wine
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 8 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh gingerroot, grated
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 2 in a gallon freezer bag add all ingrdients. smoosh to combine. seal, label, freeze.

  • 4 combine all ingredients in a large bag and marinate for 15 minutes.
  • 5 pre-heat indoor or outdoor grill.
  • 6 remove chicken from plastic bag and reserve marinade for basting.
  • 7 grill chicken and baste with marinade; cook until tender and meat is no longer pink.
  • 8 salt and pepper to taste.
  • 9 discard remaining marinade and serve.
