Cocoa Caramels

Ingredients
- Servings: 15
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup karo syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 3/4 cup cocoa
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a med size pot.
- 2 boil on low fire until mixture reaches hard ball stage.
- 3 pour in a buttered pan 9x9 or 9x13.
- 4 when candy is cool cut in 1 inch squares.
- 5 be careful that they don't stick together.
- 6 wrap each piece in wax paper for individual candies keeps well in the refrigerator.
