Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt (i use nonfat dannon)
- 1 banana
- 1 cup strawberry (about 7 or 8)
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon flax seed meal (optional)
Recipe
- 1 put all ingredients into the blender and blend away!
- 2 enjoy!
