Debbie's Fruit Yogurt Smoothie

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt (i use nonfat dannon)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup strawberry (about 7 or 8)
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon flax seed meal (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients into the blender and blend away!
  • 2 enjoy!
