Ingredients
- 1 quart fresh cranberries or 1 quart frozen cranberries, picked through
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 lb dark brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 bring cranberries and water to a boil.
- 2 simmer, uncovered, for 35 to 40 minutes until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
- 3 stir in the brown sugar until dissolved then remove from heat and cool.
