Ingredients
- 2 quarts sour cherries, unpitted
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 (750 ml) bottle bourbon (100 proof)
Recipe
- 1 mix cherries, sugar, and bourbon in a glass 1 gallon jar.
- 2 keep in a cool, dark place.
- 3 shake once a week.
- 4 serve chilled at christmas time.
