Ingredients
- 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup dutch-processed cocoa powder
- 4 teaspoons cornstarch
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 in a medium saucepan, whisk together brown sugar, cocoa and cornstarch.
- 2 gradually mix in milk until well blended.
- 3 bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 1 minute.
- 4 remove from heat and whisk in vanilla.
- 5 serve right away.
