cherry glaze for turkey 1997

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry preserves
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons brandy
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
  • 1 1/2 cups chicken broth

Recipe

  • 1 in a saucepan combine ingredients.
  • 2 bring to a boil and cook for 2 min.
  • 3 remove from heat; cool bast turkey last two hours of cooking.
  • 4 makes outstanding gravy.
