Ingredients
- 1 cup cherry preserves
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan combine ingredients.
- 2 bring to a boil and cook for 2 min.
- 3 remove from heat; cool bast turkey last two hours of cooking.
- 4 makes outstanding gravy.
