- 1 head cauliflower
- salt and pepper
- wine vinaigrette
- parmesan cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 using a vegetable steam, cook the cauliflower whole, until fork tender, about 15 minutes.
- 2 allow the vegetable to cool and then break into flowerets.
- 3 toss with the dressing, salt and pepper and top with the cheese.
