Cauliflower Salad

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • salt and pepper
  • wine vinaigrette
  • parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe

  • 1 using a vegetable steam, cook the cauliflower whole, until fork tender, about 15 minutes.
  • 2 allow the vegetable to cool and then break into flowerets.
  • 3 toss with the dressing, salt and pepper and top with the cheese.
