Cherry Raspberry Conserve

Ingredients

  • 3 cups raspberries, crushed
  • 3 cups pitted sweet cherries
  • 4 cups sugar

Recipe

  • 1 to prepare raspberry pulp, press raspberries through a sieve or food
  • 2 mill to remove the seeds.
  • 3 simmer cherries until tender then add berry pulp and sugar.
  • 4 cook slowly until sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally. increase heat and cook rapidly until thick, about 30 to 40 minutes.
