Cherry Raspberry Conserve

Ingredients
- 3 cups raspberries, crushed
- 3 cups pitted sweet cherries
- 4 cups sugar
Recipe
- 1 to prepare raspberry pulp, press raspberries through a sieve or food
- 2 mill to remove the seeds.
- 3 simmer cherries until tender then add berry pulp and sugar.
- 4 cook slowly until sugar dissolves, stirring occasionally. increase heat and cook rapidly until thick, about 30 to 40 minutes.

- 6 ladle into prepared jars leaving a 1/4" headspace.
- 7 process jars in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes. adjust time according to your altitude.
