Cranberry Loaf

Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 3/4 cup raw sugar or 3/4 cup use the equivalent in stevia
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1 cup cranberries
Recipe
- 1 prepare pan-grease & flour.
- 2 in a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
- 3 add cranberries to flour mixture.
- 4 in another bowl, using wooden spoon, beat egg.
- 5 beat in sugar and butter until well-blended.
- 6 beat in milk.
- 7 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 8 bake large loaf pan 50-70 minutes until a pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- 9 cool 10 minutes on wire rack.
