Cranberry Loaf

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup raw sugar or 3/4 cup use the equivalent in stevia
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 cup cranberries

Recipe

  • 1 prepare pan-grease & flour.
  • 2 in a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder and salt.
  • 3 add cranberries to flour mixture.
  • 4 in another bowl, using wooden spoon, beat egg.
  • 5 beat in sugar and butter until well-blended.
  • 6 beat in milk.
  • 7 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 8 bake large loaf pan 50-70 minutes until a pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • 9 cool 10 minutes on wire rack.
