Cranberry Fruit Basket

Ingredients

- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 (6 ounce) package cranberry jell-o gelatin
- 1 1/2 cups cold ginger ale
- 2 cups halved green seedless grapes or 2 cups red seedless grapes
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange segments, drained
Recipe
- 1 stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowlat least two minutes until completely dissolved.
- 2 stir in cold ginger al.
- 3 refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through leaves definite impression) stir in fruit.
- 4 spoon into a 6-cup mold sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- 5 refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- 6 unmold.
