Cranberry Lemon Cookies

• 18 ounces lemon cake mix
• 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade is best)
• 3 -4 tablespoons applesauce

Recipe

• 1 combine the cake mix with the cranberry sauce. if the batter seems too thick, add up to 4 tb of the applesauce.
• 2 drop by rounded spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes, allowing less time for smaller cookies and more time for larger cookies.
