Ingredients
- 4 cups cranberries
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 2 cups sugar
Recipe
- 1 wash cranberries and pick over.
- 2 cook with 3/4 cup of the water until very soft; press through a sieve or food mill.
- 3 combine sugar and remaining water; cook for ten minutes.
- 4 add strained cranberries and cook ten minutes longer.
- 5 strain again and pour into a moistened mold; chill.
- 6 when firm, unmold and serve.
