Delishious Healthy Morning Start!!!

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/4 raw oats
  • pomegranate-cranberry juice
  • 1 cup organic vanilla yogurt
  • 0.75 (12 ounce) bag frozen raspberries or 0.75 (12 ounce) bag other frozen fruit
  • honey (to taste)

Recipe

  • 1 put raw oats into bottom of blender. add just enough juice to cover oats. blend on low until oats are completely broken down.
  • 2 add the vanilla yogurt and blend on medium until blended.
  • 3 add frozen rasperries or other desired fruit and blend on high. (you may want to add more juice to this step, depending on how easily the fruit will blend into the previous mixture.) you may add more frozen fruit if it isn't thick enough or more vanilla yogurt to make the smoothie a little more creamy.
  • 4 add honey to taste and enjoy!
