Ingredients

- 2 chayotes
- 2 tablespoons slivered red onions
- finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 lime, juice of
- salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- chopped fresh hot chili pepper
Recipe
- 1 peel chayotes and cut in half lengthwise. scoop out seeds, then cut flesh into thin slices.
- 2 in a bowl, combine chayotes, red onion and cilantro.
- 3 season with lime juice, salt and chile peppers. sprinkle with olive oil and serve.
