Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground buffalo meat
- 2 large onions, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 liter v8 vegetable juice (or similar)
- 1 tablespoon chili powder, to taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
Recipe
- 1 brown the buffalo in pot with onions.
- 2 add v8 juice and other veggies and seasonings.
- 3 simmer for at least an hour for all flavours to meld.
- 4 serve with fresh bread and salad.
