Chocolate Mayonaise Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 1 cup sugar
• 4 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup nuts or 1 cup raisins or 1 cup chocolate chunks

Recipe

• 1 mix together the boil water and mayonnaise mix well and sit a side.
• 2 mix together dry ingredients. now incorporate the mayonnaise mix with the dry ingredients and add vanilla and nuts (optional).
• 3 pour into cake pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or untill cake tester comes out clean.
• 4 when cake is cool add your favorite icing.
