Cauliflower With Scallions

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 3 scallions, sliced
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 in a large pot of boiling salted water, cook cauliflower until tender, 3-5 minutes. drain and transfer to a serving dish.
  • 2 in a small skillet, melt butter over medium low heat. add scallions and cook 2 minutes.
  • 3 pour over cauliflower and toss. season with salt and pepper. serve hot.
