Ingredients

- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 2 teaspoons butter
- 3 scallions, sliced
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a large pot of boiling salted water, cook cauliflower until tender, 3-5 minutes. drain and transfer to a serving dish.
- 2 in a small skillet, melt butter over medium low heat. add scallions and cook 2 minutes.
- 3 pour over cauliflower and toss. season with salt and pepper. serve hot.
