California Salad

Ingredients

  • 6 cups cherry tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 cucumber
  • 3 ounces feta cheese
  • 1 avocado
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 cut cherry tomatoes in half and put in bowl.
  • 2 dice red onion and add to bowl.
  • 3 peel, seed and dice cucumber and add to bowl.
  • 4 crumble feta and add to bowl.
  • 5 dice avocado and add to bowl.
  • 6 add olive oil and salt.
