Ingredients
- 6 cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion
- 1 cucumber
- 3 ounces feta cheese
- 1 avocado
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- salt
Recipe
- 1 cut cherry tomatoes in half and put in bowl.
- 2 dice red onion and add to bowl.
- 3 peel, seed and dice cucumber and add to bowl.
- 4 crumble feta and add to bowl.
- 5 dice avocado and add to bowl.
- 6 add olive oil and salt.
