Chili Con Carne For 2

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 -2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 dash paprika
  • 1 (8 ounce) can kidney beans

Recipe

  • 1 in 8-inch skillet, cook and stir meat, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and onion is tender.
  • 2 drain off fat.
  • 3 stir in remaining ingredients except beans.
  • 4 heat to boiling.
  • 5 reduce heat, cook uncovered about 30 minutes.
  • 6 stir in beans (with liquid); heat until bubbly.
