Chili Con Carne For 2

Ingredients

- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 (16 ounce) can tomatoes
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 -2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 dash cayenne pepper
- 1 dash paprika
- 1 (8 ounce) can kidney beans
Recipe
- 1 in 8-inch skillet, cook and stir meat, onion and green pepper until meat is brown and onion is tender.
- 2 drain off fat.
- 3 stir in remaining ingredients except beans.
- 4 heat to boiling.
- 5 reduce heat, cook uncovered about 30 minutes.
- 6 stir in beans (with liquid); heat until bubbly.
