- 2 cups lowfat chocolate milk
- 2 cups low-fat vanilla ice cream
- 2 tablespoons seedless raspberry preserves
- mint sprig, for garnish (optional)
- raspberries, for garnish (optional)
Recipe
- 1 place the chocolate milk, ice cream and preserves in the blender.
- 2 cover and process until smooth. pour into chilled glasses. garnish with mint sprigs and raspberries if desired.
