Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups whole cranberry sauce
Recipe
- 1 mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
- 2 stir in pecans.
- 3 in a large mixing bowl, beat egg, oil and cranberry sauce. add dry ingredients and stir just until blended.
- 4 pour into a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
- 5 bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
