Cranberry Nut Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cups whole cranberry sauce

Recipe

  • 1 mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
  • 2 stir in pecans.
  • 3 in a large mixing bowl, beat egg, oil and cranberry sauce. add dry ingredients and stir just until blended.
  • 4 pour into a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan.
  • 5 bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
