- 1/2 medium head of cabbage, outer leaves removed, cut in half
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- black pepper
Recipe
- 1 cut core from cabbage quarters, coarsely shred cabbage into medium bowl.
- 2 combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in small bowl, mix well. pour over cabbage, stir until well blended. cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
