Creamy Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 medium head of cabbage, outer leaves removed, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cut core from cabbage quarters, coarsely shred cabbage into medium bowl.
  • 2 combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in small bowl, mix well. pour over cabbage, stir until well blended. cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight.
