- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 teaspoon flax seed
- 1 teaspoon coarsely chopped pecans (about 5-6 pecan halves)
- 1 teaspoon dark brown sugar (or to taste)
- 1 cup 2% low-fat milk
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a large microwave-safe bowl. stir. microwave on high for 3 minutes. allow to sit 2 minutes to thicken. stir and enjoy.
