Cauliflower With Lemon Sauce

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb cauliflower, flourets
  • 1 large egg yolk, beaten
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cut your cauliflower into bite size flourets.
  • 2 steam for approximately 8 - 10 minutes or until fork tender.
  • 3 transfer cauliflower to a serving dish and keep warm.
  • 4 reserve the cooking liquid.
  • 5 in a separete bowl whisk the egg yolk and 2 tbsp of the reserved cooking liquid.
  • 6 add the lemon juice.
  • 7 pour over cauliflower and toss.
  • 8 salt and pepper to taste.
  • 9 serve.
