Cauliflower With Lemon Sauce

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb cauliflower, flourets
- 1 large egg yolk, beaten
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 cut your cauliflower into bite size flourets.
- 2 steam for approximately 8 - 10 minutes or until fork tender.
- 3 transfer cauliflower to a serving dish and keep warm.
- 4 reserve the cooking liquid.
- 5 in a separete bowl whisk the egg yolk and 2 tbsp of the reserved cooking liquid.
- 6 add the lemon juice.
- 7 pour over cauliflower and toss.
- 8 salt and pepper to taste.
- 9 serve.
