Chinese Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 teaspoons dried shallots
  • 1 small head cabbage, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sliced radish

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients except cabbage and radishes.
  • 2 pour over vegetables and mix well. refrigerate before serving.
