- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons dried shallots
- 1 small head cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 cup sliced radish
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except cabbage and radishes.
- 2 pour over vegetables and mix well. refrigerate before serving.
