Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups low-fat milk
- 2 1/2 cups plain fat-free yogurt
- 1 cup fresh blueberries (or 3/4 cup frozen)
- 4 tablespoons oat bran
- 3 tablespoons almond butter
- 5 tablespoons apricot preserves
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1 place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
