Chris Carmichael's Super Drink

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups low-fat milk
  • 2 1/2 cups plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries (or 3/4 cup frozen)
  • 4 tablespoons oat bran
  • 3 tablespoons almond butter
  • 5 tablespoons apricot preserves
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
