Corn, Pepper, And Black Bean Soup

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 (15 ounce) can vegetable broth
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 (15 ounce) black beans
  • 2 cups frozen corn
  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground oregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper

Recipe

  • 1 pour water into a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • 2 while waiting for the water to boil, saute the onion, pepper, and garlic over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
