Ingredients

- 20 ounces pan noodles
- 1 bell pepper, chopped preferably red
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
Recipe
- 1 boil noodles in pan.
- 2 add vegetable oil to pan and heat.
- 3 add pan noodles and vegetables and cook until vegetables are tender.
- 4 add soy sauce to finished dish and serve with a lettuce leaf on the side.
