Bree's Vegan Pan Fried Noodles And Veggies

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 20 ounces pan noodles
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped preferably red
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil

Recipe

  • 1 boil noodles in pan.
  • 2 add vegetable oil to pan and heat.
  • 3 add pan noodles and vegetables and cook until vegetables are tender.
  • 4 add soy sauce to finished dish and serve with a lettuce leaf on the side.
