Cranberry Orange Bread With Orange Butter Glaze

Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 6 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 400°f.
  • 2 generously grease and flour two 9x5 inch (1-pound) loaf pans.
  • 3 in a large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
