Cranberry Orange Bread With Orange Butter Glaze

Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 6 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups orange juice
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon orange juice
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 400°f.
- 2 generously grease and flour two 9x5 inch (1-pound) loaf pans.
- 3 in a large bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
