Delicious Low Cal Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 355 ml diet sprite

Recipe

  • 1 if your pineapple isn't already chopped up, chop it into pieces so its easier to blend.
  • 2 add all fruits into a blender.
  • 3 add the can of sprite, add less than the whole can if you want a thicker smoothie.
  • 4 blend on high power until smooth.
  • 5 serve in your favourite glasses, either with spoons or straws.
