Ingredients

• Servings: 3
• 8 egg whites
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup confectioners' sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 250°f.
• 2 mix together the 8 egg whites, salt, and vanilla extract.
• 3 gradually add 1 cup of confectioners' sugar.
• 4 place on a baking sheet, by tablespoon measurement.
• 5 put in oven for about 20 minutes (or until light golden brown on the top).
• 6 chew and enjoy!
• 7 (these are really good for gifts).
