Ingredients
- 3 leaves swiss chard (organic is best, you avoid all the pesticides & many other toxins found in conventional foods)
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi
- 1 large apple (or 2 small apples)
- 3/4 cup orange juice (start with less & work up to desired thickness)
Recipe
- 1 tear the swiss chard leaves from the stem, discard stem.
- 2 rough chop all ingredients.
- 3 add to food processor/blender & it will do the rest.
